Chip is a sweetheart. He loves people and other dogs. I took him from an animal abuser when he was roughly 2 months old. He is 4 months old now. Chip can be a bit shy or scared when meeting strangers. I taught him to sit and shake. And to sit before coming out of the crate. He is only half house trained. I am not around enough to fully train him. He can be stubborn. I cannot afford to neuter him. I am not making that a requirement even though the site says it is.
