Meet Jen Ann! This sweet girl was rescued from a kill shelter in Imperial County with her sister, Julia! Jen Ann has learned a potty routine and is learning to trust people again. She is still shy with new faces, but very playful and affectionate with kids and dogs. She loves romping around in the yard with other canine friends. She is still working on her leash training as she is still nervous in new environments.

She loves her treats and has learned the comforts of her crate. Jen Ann loves the water and digging. Could Jen Ann be the spunky pup you've been looking for?

Interview

If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

Home Check

After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

Meet the Pet

The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
