Hi, my name is Copper!
I’m a Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix from Alabama. I'm not sure how but I landed at an overcrowded shelter and was running out of time, but thankfully SNARR stepped in to give me a second chance.
I really am a good boy with a sweet and friendly personality. I know how to "sit" nicely and I take treats gently. I previously lived with other dogs and cats and got along with them great, I love making new friends.
I’m told I’m a fast learner because I’m food motivated… but who doesn’t like treats?! I walk well on a leash, love to go on hikes to explore the wilderness, and I’m pretty damn handsome, if I do say so myself.
I just made the big trip up North, found myself a fantastic foster to stay with, but I dream of finding my forever home and family... Could that be you?
