Meet Blanc🌟
💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_

1.) Health Condition
* Neutered.
* Microchipped, heartworm negative, fully recovered from giardia, and dental scaling completed.

2.) Rescue Story
* Blanc was staying at the Gimje City Shelter. He was so fond of people that he was constantly waiting for his family, but no one to adopt him. Seemed unable to bear the bitter cold in the poor shelter as the weather was getting cold. Adogs finally rescued him in time.

3.) Basic Information
* With People: Likes people so much that he approaches everyone without being shy! Comes when called and jumps onto your lap to sit. Enjoys being petted and tends to be around people. Is such a clingy type that he even tries to sleep in the bed with you.
* With Dogs: Stays calm with other dogs. Prefers to rest quietly by himself rather than hanging out with other dogs. Doesn't like other dogs approaching him when he is sitting on a person's lap.
* With Cats: Hasn't met a cat yet.
* Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed because he is living in a group at our center. Needs trainng from the beginning when adopted.
* Potty Training: Is currently living indoors at our center. Has an 80% success rate on using potty pads. Doesn’t mark and doesn’t lift his leg when peeing.
* Hygiene: Take grooming and bath very well.
* Car Sickness: Hasn't shown any symptoms of motion sickness yet.
* Has never had a bite.
* Never barked nor whined. May need training when adopted.
* Likes treats and sitting on a person's lap.
* Doesn't like other dogs coming up when he is in human arms.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US and Canada when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
