My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Holly! Holly was in a high kill shelter and on "the list" when they discovered she was pregnant. She was allowed to have her puppies, but lost a few the first night before we could get to her. With the help of our wonderful foster team, she raised 6 beautiful puppies and now it is time for her forever after!

Before getting into the standard information about her, there is one thing you must know about her to give her her best home- she is a pretty princess and loves to play dress up. This girl will let you put clothes on her all day to help her feel pretty, and will be sad when you take them off. If you do not dress her, she will go find her clothes and bring them to you. She loves to feel like the perfect beautiful princess she is!

She is good with other dogs with a slow introduction, and once she becomes their friend will play with them all day. She has done well with her foster family's young children and cats, and is crate trained. She is learning her manners, including how to sit, lay, and shake. She responds well if you tell her no. She is food aggressive with other animals so needs to be fed separately, however is not possessive of anything with people or of her toys so it is easy to manage.

She is looking for her perfect partner to play dress up with her all day!

Our adoption application is at www.mysaltydog.com. Holly is spayed, is HW negative, and up to date on shots.

Additional adoption info

Our application process is meant to provide enough background that we can ensure the dog is going to a good home, but also be flexible enough that people can get their dog quickly.

Go meet their pets

We are foster based, and are happy to coordinate times for private introductions to our dogs. We will post events we are attending with our dogs on our website and social media.
