This gorgeous Black Lab/Beagle mix puppy has every lovable trait from both sides of her family tree—intelligence, sweetness, loyalty, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart. At 4 months old and 20 pounds, she’s on track to become a perfect medium-size companion of 40–45 pounds full grown. Idgie didn’t start life in the best circumstances. She and her siblings lived in a sad, dirty situation until stepping into safety on 11/16. But that’s behind her now—Idgie has traded a tough beginning for a future filled with love, snuggles, and hope. In her foster home, she’s surrounded by kind, gentle kids who shower her with affection. She revels in every hug, every cuddle, every moment of warmth she’s finally getting to experience. She has four siblings also searching for forever homes, and together they’re proving just how resilient, bright, and eager to bond they are.
