My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can't go wrong with Archie Andrews! The boy next door - kind-hearted, loyal and brave describes Archie perfectly! Archie really was the boy next door, a stray tuxedo with the most unique facial markings in a backyard. He was bravely living the outdoor life, loyally sticking with his sisters, hoping for someone to step in and help them, never giving up - just like his namesake.

Lucky for Archie, someone did! Saved by a student who asked her teacher (a teacher who just happened to be a fabulous trapper friend of ours!) for help, Archie and his sisters got inside into foster care.

Despite a tough start, Archie remains true to character: sweet - he loves to cuddle! and fun loving - he loves to play with his sisters! Archie is ready for his forever home, so he can focus on the band (his family) and become all he wants to be (a happy house cat) and he'll reward you with all the love and loyalty Archie is best known for. Archie needs to be with a young, playful cat (perhaps one of his sisters? ....both?) and would do well with respectful children.

You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue.

All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
