My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Birdie at 6 weeks old from a breeder in MN. She has been our family dog ever since. We are a family of 6, but she currently only living at home with 2 of the family members. Due a death in our family and economic reasons we can take her to the less expensive living arrangements that we have to relocate to by the end of the month. She is a great dog, she would do best in a home with a strong owner as she can get protective of her people and space. She was born 6/2017, full Silver Lab. She has a genetic condition that has created a darker strip of fur down her spine. She loves to eat, play, walk/hike, go to the beach. I would love to see her got to a place with room for her to roam for her last years. She is very bright and could be trained for a job. We do not want to let her go, but we can not keep her and just want to be sure she has a good living situation with love.
