My name is Nala!

Nala is a very loving senior dog. She is a whippet/lab mix. She has slowed down in her older age and mostly spends her time snuggling, but still loves to catch her ball in the yard and go for walks. We love her to death but are having our second baby soon and simply do not have the time or the space to give her the attention she deserves. Nala’s personality is very affectionate. She is also a big chewer so she loves chew toys and trying to get peanut butter out of her Kong. She loves walks. Even a short walk or some playtime in the yard is her favorite activity. We don’t own any cats, so unsure how she would act around cats. She does well with other dogs if they are calm. If they constantly get up in her face she will get defensive, but when we have dropped her off with a dog sitter we are always told that she got along with the others dogs in the house. She knows basic commands well and does well with our toddler. She is overall healthy and is on a normal diet.
