12/06 I am being treated for a URI (doggy cold) but nothing some antibiotics won`t fix! I am still ready to go home and the HHS medical team can send my meds home with me!

All potential adopters must fill out an application for an animal. Adoption includes Spay/Neuter, vaccinations, microchip, health exam, and a pet adoption kit.
