My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rosie!
6-month-old • 35 lbs • Shepherd Mix • Foster #5

Say hello to the sweetest, softest little lady around! Rosie is a beautiful puppy with the BEST temperament — incredibly laid-back for her age and such a gentle soul.

Rosie’s Highlights:
• Fully vetted and ready to roll
• Very smart and eager to learn
• Quiet as a mouse in her crate
• No accidents — she’s rocking her potty training!
• Working on confidence and chewing (hey… she’s still a puppy!)
• A bit skittish around new things but warms up with patience and love

Rosie is looking for her forever family here in Buffalo — someone who will keep helping her shine and give her the safe, cozy home she deserves.

If this sweet girl sounds like your perfect match, apply to Buddy’s today! (5)

More about this rescue

Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 dog rescue organization and completely foster-based in the Western New York area. We pull dogs and puppies from high-kill rescues all over the country that are on lists to be euthanized. We place them in foster homes until they find their furever homes here in WNY. Every dog that is saved opens up room for another. So in essence two dogs lives are being saved!!
