Sangria is a 2 year old, 38 pound medium mix with a gentle and easygoing personality.
She has a calm, affectionate nature that makes her a wonderful companion. She was a devoted mom to her Sangria Fruit Litter and took great care of her puppies. Now she is ready to find a family of her own.
Sweet Sangria loves people, gets along well with other dogs, is good with cats she even coexists with chickens. She walks nicely on the leash, rides well in the car, and is fully house-trained. Her foster has introduced her to the crate and she is now accustomed to the crate at night and when you are away from home but would much rather sleep on the bed at your feet and lounge on the couch in your absence.
She enjoys spending time with her people, going for walks, and relaxing at home. Sangria is a lovely, well-mannered dog who will fit easily into many types of households. Sangria is now fostered in a home with toddlers and another dog, cats and chickens … this girl is a so good with everyone and super smart too.
If you’re looking for a kind, steady companion who will be a loyal friend, Sangria would be a great match.

More about this rescue
Miracles for Satos Rescue
We are an all volunteer, no-kill, not-for-profit, 501c3 rescue group.
We rescue the satos (street dogs) of Puerto Rico from the streets, kill shelters and bad situations. Satos are unfortunately in abundance and these amazing sweet spirits need our help to find permanent loving homes!
We are the voice and for those who can not help themselves!
All donations are fully tax deductible!
Our rescuers and volunteers are unpaid so that any monies can be dedicated solely to the dogs! Medical, food, supplies, spay/neuter, and maintenance of our farm/sanctuary facility in Puerto Rico, transportation costs, and training are among the many expenses we have. We try to never say "no" to any dog in need!
We and our satos are grateful to our donors and our fosters and adopters!
