My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neale is 4 months old now, and he’s learning quickly. He’s almost completely house trained and will usually ask to go out when nature calls. He is kennel trained and appreciates a frozen Kong for his longer confinements, such as when I have to leave for work.

I hate to be putting him out there to be rehomed, but after doing a DNA test, my partner is uncomfortable with him being a majority pit bull. I didn’t know about this being an issue prior to bringing him home. He’s about 60% American pit bull terrier, 30% coonhound, and 10% other.

He really is a good puppy, but he does need to get his energy out. I’ve been taking him out to parks or forest and fields where he can run. He does like to chew since he’s teething right now but he’s getting better at realizing he has toys for that. I’d recommend always having one on hand for him.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
