Pulled from a neighboring animal control at the very last second, truly sparing his life, Charlie seems to understand just how lucky he is. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries to keep prices as low as possible. Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for many wonderful animals.
