My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Meet Brewster!
This 3-4-year-old, 42-lb French Bulldog mix is a total sweetheart with a linebacker’s build and the soul of a snuggle bug. With his big blocky head, giant ears, and brindle coat, Brewster looks a little like a dog… and a little like a very charming piglet — and honestly, it just makes him even more irresistible.

Brewster is friendly with everyone he meets, both dogs and people. He is great with kids but should avoid a home with cats — he’s shown some prey drive and will likely find them a bit too exciting.

He’s crate trained and does well with potty training when on a regular schedule. He’s a smart boy and learns quickly.

Cuddly, goofy, and full of heart, Brewster is ready to be someone’s best buddy. If you love big ears and even bigger personalities, he’s your guy! 🐾💙 Despite being heartworm negative when he left Texas, this guy popped positive with a mild infection after he arrived and he’s being treated. The remainder of his treatment is covered by MHCR."

Frost is being fostered in Denver, Colorado.

Mile High Canine Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3, Colorado non-profit organization established in 2019. We are 100% volunteer run and foster home based. MHCR aims to provide abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs a loving home to grow and learn in until a suitable forever home is found. While in foster care, our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested/treated, microchipped, and vaccinated. We rescue dogs from Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.
