Blu is an almost 5-month-old Aussie/Shih Tzu mix with the perfect blend of smarts, sweetness, and playful energy. He came to us when his previous owner realized she didn’t have the time a young puppy needs. We promised we’d find him the loving, committed forever home he deserves — and now he’s ready to meet you.

Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue is a tax exempt, 501(c)(3), No Kill Rescue focusing on the adoption of homeless pets. We are also host to "PAWS BEHIND BARS" which is a basic obedience prison training program based out of Luther Luckett Correctional Complex in Oldham County, KY.
