My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sally — the Can’t-Go-Wrong Dog!

If you’re looking for the total package, stop scrolling and meet Sally! This young cattle dog mix loves everyone and everything—people, dogs, fun, adventures, cuddle time… you name it, she’s in!

Sally is such a rockstar that she’s currently one of our tester dogs, helping us evaluate how other dogs interact. That’s how steady, friendly, and wonderfully well-mannered she is. She reads other dogs beautifully, adjusts her play style, and brings out the best in everyone she meets.

This girl is pure joy wrapped in a scruffy, upbeat little body. She’s smart, social, eager to please, and always ready to brighten your day. Whether you’re dreaming of a hiking buddy, a dog-park pro, a best friend for your resident dog, or the world’s sweetest companion, you simply cannot go wrong with Sally.

Come meet her and prepare to fall in love—she’s the kind of dog who changes your whole day just by being in it. 💛🐾Adoption Hours are Thursday through Sunday from noon to 5pm. You do not need an appointment to come by and meet animals during adoption hours.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is based on making the right match. Though people can apply for a specific animal, we would like to know more about lifestyle and match a pet with that lifestyle. For example, we would not want to match an active dog with an inactive one. Therefore, our primary concern is the interview process and getting to know the potential adopter.
