My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are looking for a smart, sassy, affectionate, loyal companion, Daisy is your girl! She is four months old, weighs four lbs, and we are guessing she is a Shih Tzu/Jack Russell Terrier mix. Daisy is your typical puppy, learning new things every day. She is close to being fully housetrained and crate trained. Daisy has sharp little baby teeth, so she will need lots of sturdy chew toys. She gets along with her senior foster brother dog. She has a lot of energy but also enjoys her naps, whether in your lap or in her crate. Daisy will do best in an active home that can provide her with patience, consistence, training, and lots of attention and love.
Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.

Submit Application

You may complete an application via our website at http://www.humanetomorrow.org/adopt/.

Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must fill out an application for the animal they want to adopt, which is available on our website. Humane Tomorrow does not do adoptions outside of the DFW Metroplex.

Our adoption fees are...
Cats:
$150 for most kittens and cats

Dogs:
$250-$300 for most puppies and dogs

The adoption fee helps to cover the costs of basic preventative care including spay or neuter, vaccines (including Rabies and virals), heartworm tests and preventative for dogs, FeLV/FIV tests for cats, in addition to extra medical care the animal may need, such as heartworm treatment, dental, or surgery. Often our adoption fees do not even cover costs for basic medical care the animals need, and are certainly cheaper than if all these procedures were covered by the owner.

Humane Tomorrow reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.

More about this rescue

Humane Tomorrow is a non-profit 501(c), all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of unwanted and abused animals in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas. We are also committed to spay/neuter assistance and education to companion animal guardians.

We do not have a shelter, so all animals in our program are placed in temporary foster homes until permanent homes can be found.
