He originally came to us when his owner faced serious medical and personal hardships and could no longer provide the care he deserved. In foster care, Igor has shown what a great companion he is: Housebroken Crate trained Good with dogs Good with children Igor is described as very sweet and playful. He does have some puppy energy and can be a bit hyper at times, which is not unusual for his age—especially after a period of limited socialization. With consistent routine, exercise, and continued training, he will make a fantastic family dog. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
