My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Aurora is a tender soul still learning that the world can be kind. She came from the same neglectful situation as Athena, but her heart is still healing. Right now, Aurora is a very scared girl who needs a patient, understanding adopter who can offer her the time and reassurance she’s never had. Aurora isn’t comfortable walking on a leash yet, and many everyday things still feel overwhelming to her. But with the right person, steady, and willing to move at her pace, Aurora has the potential to truly shine. She has shown glimmers of affection with the people she trusts, even if she remains aloof while she figures things out. Aurora doesn’t need perfection; she needs patience. If you have a quiet home and an open heart, you could be the safe place she’s been waiting for. With time, love, and gentle guidance, Aurora can begin her journey toward a brighter, happier life.
