This precious girl named Minnie Mae was saved by our rescue on her last day at a rural shelter that was overcrowded. She is in a very temporary foster situation and looking for her own family. She could also benefit from a long term foster that is equipped to walk her etc. Minnie Mae is approximately 2 years old and appears to be some type of Hound mix. She is a low rider and very cute! Minnie Mae is fairly calm, but does like to go out for walks and explore in the yard and also likes car rides. She is 100% house trained and has been good with all people she's met.

As a foster-based rescue, we don’t have an actual facility however we will respond to inquiries within 12 to 24 hours in order to discuss the pet you are inquiring about, arrange a meet and greet when possible (or video meet and greet).

Arcadia Animal Rescue is a foster-based rescue comprised of volunteers who are dedicated to saving the lives of animals that are at-risk either in shelters or in our communities, and placing them into safe and loving foster or adoptive homes.

As a 501c3 organization that receives no federal funding, we rely on the generosity of donors in order to provide life-saving veterinary care, spay and neuter, behavioral assessments and modification, emergency boarding, and transport to foster/adoptive homes.

Our philosophy is that rescue is a partnership. Together, our fosters, adopters, donors, supporters, and volunteers make this life-saving mission possible!
