Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm Maria! I'm a 3-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier. I am current on my vaccines, and soon to be heartworm tested, spayed, and microchipped.
3 words that describe me: Loyal, Affectionate, Friendly
Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I'm a happy girl who likes making new friends and getting all the attention I can get. I am the definition of a velcro dog! It doesn't matter who you are, I'm here for you! I'm also really good at walking on leash. I don't know many tricks yet, but I am food motivated.
Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 6 or 7/10
Housetraining Status: I am still working on it, but a consistent schedule and lots of praise will help me learn!
I should do well in a home: I'm not the biggest fan of cats, so I will need to go to a home without any cat friends. I should do well with children of all ages given proper supervision. I should do well with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust.
My favorite activities are: My favorite thing in the world is being around my people and getting affection from them. My tail will never stop wagging! Eating tasty snacks is nice too but it can't compare to human affection.
Things I need work on are: Housetraining and Basic Commands.
Any special needs: N/A
Doggy day out notes: N/A
Daycare Status: N/A
My adoption fee is: $300
Training Requirement if applicable: N/A
