Here’s what Brighton’s wonderful foster mom has to say: “Brighton’s our little shadow! He likes to sit very close to you/cuddle, but that doesn’t always mean he wants pets (he communicates that).
Fully house trained, stands at the door when he wants to go outside.
Within 24 hours he was greeting us with kisses when we come back home! He already is showing his playful side too, but he doesn’t want to play with other dogs, and prefers to just coexist. Poor Brighton’s just an anxious little guy from whatever he’s been through. But he got comfy pretty quickly!”
✨Meet Brighton!✨
Brighton came to us after being surrendered by his previous family due to him needing more exercise, training, and time than they were able to give him.
Brighton is a 3 year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel/Sheltie mixed breed who is a very high energy boy! While he has lived with other dogs and children, he would do best as an only dog in a home without children. He is house trained, and a handsome boy with beautiful silky hair!
Brighton is a vocal and active dog that will require a family up to the task of providing him the ample physical and mental exercise and training that he requires. He would love an active family who is looking for an adventure buddy, running companion, or agility dog! He doesn’t love to cuddle but will happily be right by your side on any of life’s adventures!
