Pine and his 4 brothers haver recently been brought into the rescue. They were all timid at first, as they hadn't had a lot of exposure to people, but they are warming up quickly. Pine is the first to come for treats and attention, and he loves to play. Pine is the runt of the litter and significantly smaller than his brothers, so we believe he will only be medium sized when full grown. He also has a shorter coat rather than the thick husky coat some of his brothers have. He is residing in a foster home in the hills, so please contact the rescue to schedule a meet!

Someone from our shelter talks to any potential adopters and discusses the dog they are interested in adopting as well as their family and living situation. If we feel it would be a good match, we approve their application and move forward with the adoption process.

We are a small rescue located in the country outside of Winner, SD. We have a limited number of dogs in our care at any given time, which allows us to work with each of them individually in order to get a good feel for their personality and the kind of family/living situation they would thrive in.
