My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Meow* I`m in a foster home! Email my foster caregiver to meet me: cmemmott16@gmail.com

Hypnos is the Greek god of sleep, a gentle deity who brings peaceful slumber. But this Hypnos, being a frisky kitten, may not let you sleep in but he will bring you love and purrs and kitten silliness. He is an adorable and sweet black and white kitty who would love to go home with a kitten pal to romp with. So wake up and meet Hypnos soon!

More about this shelter

At the Humane Rescue Alliance, we honor more than 150 years of commitment to protecting animals, supporting families, and advocating for positive change to create a world where all animals can thrive. HRA serves as a national leader and local champion for all animals.

With a people-focused, community-based approach, we treat every animal as an individual and emphasize specialized care for both animals and their families. Through our two campuses in the District of Columbia and New Jersey, we are the largest animal services provider in our region – touching the lives of tens of thousands of animals annually through direct rescue, care, and community-based services. Our teams find solutions to both small and big problems, from providing direct care to an animal in crisis to tackling systemic barriers to affordable, pet-friendly housing.
