Little girl is an adorable girl who is in need of a new home. She is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters.
Little girl came to our partner rescue after her owner passed away, and this gentle affectionate pup is now looking for a new person to love. She's the perfect mix of snuggly lap dog and cheerful companion- happy to curl up next to you, but also ready for a nice walk or a little playtime.
She walks beautifully on a leash, is pad trained, and also does her business outside. Little girl tends to feel most comfortable with women at first, but she warms up to anyone who takes the time to earn her trust. Her kind heart shines through once she knows she is safe and loved.
She's wonderful with other dogs and even gave a kitten some sweet kisses! while she hasn't been around small children yet, she's gentle and calm- likely fine with respectful little ones.
Little girl is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. She tested negative for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $450.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
