Their adoption process
Our process is pretty simple. The first step in adopting through us is to fill out an adoption application on the Mutt Misfits Animal Rescue Society website; the link is below. The next step will be a meet and greet for approved applicants!

- Our director or adoptions will reach out, typically by email, once an application is reviewed.
- Meet the Pet
- Once approved, we'd love to discuss setting up a meet and greet for the pet you are interested in!
- Sign Adoption Contract
- If adopting, the next step is to review and complete our adoption contract.
- Pay Fee
- We have multiple ways to pay an adoption fee and then you can bring your new family member home!
More about this rescue
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) rescue whose mission is to help unwanted animals in situations that could lead to harm or euthanasia. We primarily focus on animals with major medical illnesses, injuries or advanced age that are often overlooked and usually the first to be at risk of euthanasia. By partnering with shelters and the public, we promote responsible pet ownership, spay and neuter, and the adoption of special needs pets. It is our goal to save the un-savable!
