My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Seiko is another Husky that has fallen on unlucky times. He has passed through our rescue before and now his adopters can no longer keep him.

Originally named Jumbo, Seiko is a handsome, well-mannered boy with blue eyes that are so light as to be almost white and who just thrives on attention. You can see a smile on his face as he sits cuddled up on the sofa with his human(s), nudging your hand to keep petting him if you happen to stop.

Seiko understands basic commands like "sit", "down", "paw", and "stay" - although "stay" does not mean he won't run out the door if given the opportunity. When not cuddling he is very playful and energetic. He has shown that gets along well with other dogs - male or female, large or small - and is very social with adults and children. He will greet anyone that comes along. His experience with cats is inconclusive so it would be best to just avoid the situation, if possible.

Seiko is neutered, house and crate trained, up-to-date on all his shots and microchipped.

Don’t make this poor guy spend any more time than necessary with foster parents; give him the forever home he deserves by submitting an adoption application on our web site, www.siberrescue.com, today.
