My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello!

Mystery Science Theatre 3000 (6 months old) was the kitten we posted a few months ago in diapers. Well we are ECSTATIC to announce Mystery is now able to use the litter box fully on his own, and he is available to foster to adopt!!
Mystery Came to our rescue with his siblings He had a urinary blockage, which was causd by congenital issue with his private area. This required surgery to cut off a piece of skin that was blocking the urethra
The vets had never see anything like this and it was a "hail mary procedure".
Afterwards Mystery was incontinent for 6-8 weeks in diapers. Then Mystery happened to get another uti which forced him to strengthen his pelvic muscles (and he is no longer incontinent!)
It is a possibility that Mystery could have another blockage down the road and would need another surgery. because of that our rescue is willing to cover the cost of the PU surgery up to 3 years down the road (if he needs the surgery).
⬇️ Important information for potential adopters ⬇️
1. He needs to remain on urinary food to prevent blockages
2. Cannot be left for long periods of time (vacations) unless there is adequate pet coverage just in case he blocks
3. Understands that if he blocks we will cover his PU surgery up to 3 years but we have to be notified prior to bringing him to the ER
4. Will work on behavioral redirection and not allow him to kitten play attack
5. Understands if/when he has PU surgery years from now he could become incontinent and require diapers. It is unlikely, but always a possible side effect which is why we are not putting him through it now.
6. He LOVES people and playing and is extremely sweet and in your face - this might not be a lot for some people
7. He needs to be played with a lot - kids, a playful dog, or pet parents that can put in the time to play frequently is a must

More about this rescue

All 4 Cats is a group of volunteers dedicated to saving and improving the lives of cats. We accomplish this by rescuing homeless cats; ensuring they are spayed/neutered, healthy, and socialized during foster care; and finding them permanent and loving homes. We also provide community assistance and education to avoid cats being sent to shelters. Our group is centered around four core values: compassion, compliance, honesty, and dedication.
