Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ISABEL is a female-spayed, short hair brown tabby senior cat, born about 2017. The owner of Isabel (& Conrad, & Jeremiah) died, & his daughter was unable to keep them. YAPS accepted her (and the other two cats) mid-September 2025. No veterinary records are available. The prior owner’s daughter states Isabel was born feral, rescued by her father and kept in a catio for an uncertain period of time, then was moved (with the other cats) into a locked spare bedroom in his home. “The only human contact they got was from my father, and her behavior was shy/feral.” Isabel only accepts limited human contact. If adopted into a home, initially she should be placed in a “safe room” to adjust to her new surroundings. If not adopted into a home, she could be a good Barn Cat (especially with Jeremiah), and would be available for a reduced fee.

Our animals can be viewed either on our website under the adopt a pet tab, in person at our facility located at 11937 13th Street in Yucaipa, or you can call us for more information. If you choose to come and visit, feel free to wander through the kennels and cattery. If you find an animal that you like, please come to the office for more information. After that you will have the opportunity to interact with the animal and learn more about its history and background. If after the meet and greet you decide that you would like to adopt the animal and our experience leads us to believe that it is a good fit, you can pay the adoption fee and begin life with your new best friend.
