All of our pets are fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption.

Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- Visit AnthemPets.org/Adopt, click on the pet you are interested in, then click the button with their name to apply to meet them.
- Meet the Pet
- Your submitted application will be reviewed and if you are a good match for the pet, you will be contacted to have a Meet & Greet.
- Sign Adoption Contract
- If it is a love match you will be asked to complete the Adoption Contract and submit the adoption fee.
- Take the Pet Home
- Home Check
- Home checks are for dogs only and may occur before adoption.

Anthem Pets does not have a shelter, so all of our pets are fostered in individual homes throughout the Phoenix valley.
