He will pull on the leash, but about halfway through the walk, he will slow down. Rocky is neutered, up-to-date on his vaccines, and microchipped. He does have cataracts, which make it hard for him to see at night. Once he knows his routine and the layout of the land, he settles in. He loves his people and to be scratched.
