My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Binky is one of 6 seniors we welcomed into our care after the tragic February 2026 fire at Binky On Rabbit Rescue. He was born at Binky On and spent his entire life there, so this transition has been a big one for him.

Now part of our sanctuary program, Binky will always have a safe place with us. The good news is that despite being a senior, he does not have any medical conditions that would prevent him from being adopted. He is simply a sweet older gentleman looking for a soft landing.

We would love to find Binky a sanctuary foster or foster to adopt home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by love, comfort, and a predictable routine. He deserves a quiet space, gentle affection, and someone who appreciates the charm that only a senior rabbit can bring.

Binky and his identical sibling Flower can be adopted separately. However, if someone is interested in welcoming them home together, we would be happy to try introducing them to see if they would like to be friends.

More about this rescue

SOS FL Animal Rescue is a non-profit rescue for rabbits and guinea pigs. We are animal lovers who are experienced rabbit and guinea pig owners. We both fostered small animals with other rescues for years before meeting each other and deciding to start our own rescue so that more rabbits and guinea pigs could be saved. We take in all rabbits and guinea pigs, including unwanted animals, seniors, and medical cases.
