My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MAJOR CUDDLE BUG

DOB 4/13/25

Hey there, everyone! I’m Karma, a cuddly, affectionate, and loving tortoiseshell gal who relishes it when Foster Meowmy lavishes me with attention, especially constant head kisses as well as head and chest massages. Of course, in typical tortietude, everything has to be on my terms. Sometimes, when I’m in the mood for loving, I have to paw at Foster Meowmy to tell her just the sweet spot where I want her to pet me. Other times I have to remind Foster Meowmy of my sweet presence when I see one of my siblings getting her love instead of me.

When I’m in a caressing mood and I see Foster Meowmy lying down, I’ll run up to snuggle right next to her, often draping my arm over hers. On the other hand, if I’m the one who’s asleep and Foster Meowmy comes to cuddle up next to me, I immediately start purring in anticipation of her giving me some affection. It’s fine with me if Foster Meowmy holds me briefly, but I’ll meow when I’m ready to get down. And I’m no couch potato! No siree! I love to play hide-and-seek and tag as well as roll around in my beloved catnip. True confessions: I’m almost always a sweetie, but sometimes I nibble on Foster Meowmy, including her toes!

After my feral momma birthed Jupiter, Pluto, Opal, and me outside of Foster Meowmy’s house, Momma moved us through an open window to inside a neighbor’s car . . . and then again a few doors down to a used-car business. Imagine Foster Meowmy’s surprise when she looked inside an old car and found not only us under the driver’s seat but also another litter of four kittens under the passenger’s seat!! When we were five weeks old and could eat on our own, Foster Meowmy gathered up both of our stowaway litters and brought us all inside to the safe haven of her home.

Now I’m ready to jump in the laps of my forever family and then luxuriate in their hugs, cuddles, and kisses. Could I be the next “baby” you shower with attention? Arrange to meet me today, and if you’re looking for a pair of kittens, please consider adopting me with one of the other #car-stowaways. We think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted as a pair so we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation.
