My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Layla and Lenny.

Layla and Lennox (nicknamed Lenny) are two approximately 1 year old, female tuxedo kittens rescued from our big L Colony in Lincoln-Lemington. After a few months in foster, these girls are ready for a forever home. Lenny (short haired) is playful, affectionate, and loves feather wands and giving headbutts. Layla (long haired) is shy at first and will need time to warm up to an adopter. She loves playing, especially hoarding her toy balls.

As a bonded pair, Layla and Lenny will need to be adopted together. They would do best with a gentle, patient adopter willing to give Layla the time she needs to feel safe and comfortable in a new home. As former colony cats, it would be a bonus for these two to go to a home with a friendly cat.

Both are about 7 months old, spayed, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested FIV/FeLV negative.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.

Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.

Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.

The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
