My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Elvis is a gorgeous, 1.5 year old male long haired black cat.  He is a little shy at first but once he warms up to you is very sweet.  We are not sure how he will be with other cats at this time but he would need a slow, proper introduction for sure.  He is okay with small dogs and would most likely be okay with respectful dogs of all sizes.  He seems okay with children as well.  Elvis is fixed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and dewormed.  He did test positive for FIV, there is a lot of misinformation out there about FIV positive cats.  They can live perfectly normal, long lives, they just need a safe, healthy environment with a good diet.  FIV is only transmitted by deep bites which is why it is not easily transmitted but FIV cats should be only indoor cats.

His adoption fee is $150

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers whose passion for animals have led us into the animal rescue community. We focus on local animals that are homeless, neglected, abused, or need a new home, and bring them to safety. Our goal is to educate, rehabilitate, and help connect animals with their forever home. Through education we hope to end the mistreatment and overpopulation of animals.
