My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is "Rob" and I am a shepherd/rott/husky mix...so I am quite large but not as strong as you might think. I am 10 months old, but unfortunatly my previous owners never gave me any training - and they let me get away with whatever I wanted! Not to worry though, I have some good news for you...my current foster mom is a dog-trainer! She noticed that I am a highly intelligent dog who just needs to let out all that excess energy with lots of running! I would need to live with an experienced dog-owner who has the patience to keep up with my training. I would need to live in a home with: a backyard, no other cats or small animals and no children as I am still young and can play a little rough when I get excited.

As for other dogs, I enjoy their company so much!! They have really grown on me in the past few months and I just love being around them!!

I realize that there are many restrictions in terms of the type of environment I would need, but take a look at my qualities!! I know the following commands: sit, down, stay, heel, come, give the paw and roll over...what's more, my foster mom is training me every single day to improve on those commands and to learn more! She is always saying how proud she is of how quickly I learn! I also have a very comical character and promise to make you a great companion if you would at least give me a chance! My first owners never gave me a chance, they never trained me - then complained that I was being bad...what do you expect?? They made it very difficult for me to get adopted - which is why I'm in a foster home right now...but I am working hard to improve myself! ;) ,

There is also a BONUS to my request for a good home....my foster mom is offering FREE TRAINING SESSIONS & ADVICE so that you can better understand how to handle me. That's how special my foster mom thinks I am!
