Meet Bella
Bella is a beautiful 3-year-old Shepherd mix with a gentle heart and soulful eyes. She may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate personality really begins to shine.
Bella forms strong, loyal bonds with her people and quickly becomes a devoted companion. She loves being close and is happiest when she can stay right by your side soaking up attention. She has that wonderful Velcro dog quality once she trusts you, she wants to be wherever you are. Shes the kind of dog who will happily follow you from room to room just to be near her person.
Bella also enjoys the company of other dogs and seems to take comfort from having canine friends around. Shes currently working on building her confidence with leash walking. New things can still make her a little jumpy, but shes learning quickly and improving every day.
We also suspect Bella may have lived in a home before, as she appears to be potty trained and already understands some of the routines of home life.
Bella made the long journey all the way from Texas to Ohio for her chance at a better life. Now shes just waiting for the family who will give her the patience and love she needs to truly blossom.
