Hello! My name is Phoenix and that name suits my sunny and optimistic personality. When I found myself lost on the streets of Denver I noticed a school yard with a bunch of friendly-looking little humans so I figured that would be the best place to find help. Everyone was really welcoming and, when it was obvious that I was totally lost, one of the bigger-sized humans brought me to MaxFund. Thank you to all those kind humans of all sizes!
Since I was a stray not much is known about me but I am clearly a resourceful and friendly youngster. I weigh just a little under 13 lbs (my fluffy hair makes me look bigger) and I am less than 1 year old.

I am an easy going and gentle little Pomeranian who loves to give and receive affection. I walk well on a leash and, if you want, I can keep up a pretty brisk pace. Playtime in a backyard is fun and I like toys – especially kongs stuffed with something yummy. I am a little shy of other dogs and tend to bark at them. However, if they are friendly and, preferably not too exuberant, we get along fine. I am not sure how I feel about cats. Hmm - what is a cat exactly?

I love to get visitors so please come by and introduce yourself. I would love to go for a walk with you and get to know you. Maybe we will be just perfect for each other and you’ll want o take me home. Yipppeeee!
