Ever have one of those days?? A day where nothing goes your way? Sometimes it's a whole week....or if you are really unfortunate a whole month! The dogs listed below have experienced few highs and many lows in the last few months and they're all looking for a break. Let me tell you a little about their story.... All of these dogs were discarded by their prior owners for one reason or another. They all had the fortune of being taken into rescue so they would have a warm place to sleep and food to fill their bellies. You would consider this to be a stroke of luck but in this case it wasn't. The rescue person, although meaning well, took in too many animals (over 100) condemning them all to little crates stacked on top of each other in her home. Eventually this person was reported by her neighbors and Dallas Animal Control stepped in and took them all back to the shelter. With that many dog in your care, good intentions or not, signs of neglect became obvious: hair loss, emaciation, weakness, stress, and depression was apparent when the volunteers from IMPS came to the rescue.
