Please email us for an application and tell us which dog you are applying for OR Download adoption application from our app link and email the completed application to thecanineconditionfoundaiton@gmail.com

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    Submit the application to The Canine Condition Foundation (TCCF)
  2. Interview
    This is a phone call interview
  3. Meet the Pet
    A meet and greet is set up at mutually agreed upon location like a public park
  4. Home Check
    A volunteer of the rescue will visit the potential adopter's home and go through a "safety dog adoption checklist" with adopter.
  5. Approve Application
    After thoroughly reviewing the application, assessing the phone call and meet & greet, the potential adopter will get an email or phone call
  6. Sign Adoption Contract
    If both parties agree on terms of the TCCF contract the adopter must send a signed copy to the rescue. Rescue will sign countersign it.
  7. Pay Fee
    upon paying fee, adopter can take pet home.

At The Canine Condition Foundation, we are an all volunteer based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We provide spay and neuter surgeries, vaccines and microchips for family owned dogs in under resourced communities. Along our journey, we meet dogs that are about to lose their family or are accidental litters that people cannot keep. We aim to keep more fully vetted dogs in homes, out of shelters, and off the streets. Our adoptable dogs deserve a chance at a healthy and loved life. They are ready to join your family
