Roscoe has a face only a mother could love. Roscoe is trying to find that special family or "mom" to call his very own. He does well with dogs that are not dominant. He is very social, loving and knows how to sit and shake and takes treats very gently from your fingers. Roscoe hopes that he will be lucky and find a family to love.
