Meet your match: TEACHER'S PET

I've got the whole package - beautiful, smart, sweet, four legs, love to learn and live to please. Go ahead, teach me anything. Sit, stay, balance your checkbook, I can do it all. Keep me entertained and I will be yours forever.

Isis is a 3 year old "Blue Nose" American Staffordshire Terrier with amber eyes. She has a great disposition and is very smart. Isis has been through a lot yet she is very placid & yearning for love. She loves being totally embraced in the security of your arms & you just can’t help but fall in love with her.

Isis is also a very smart dog. She knows basic commands and would love to learn more. She walks well on a leash, listens well, and is gentle. This striking looking girl is looking for a home where she's the only pet.

We need a foster home for Isis. Please email us if you can help.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Isis, a New York American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in New York, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
