Becky's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Becky's Story...
Becky is a sweetie! Pretty, extremely loving and gentle, OK with other animals and very healthy. Loving lap cat, Becky was rescued from the AC&C after she had come into the shelter as a pregnant stray. Becky was spayed as part of the "No New Kitties" program, but failed to get adopted. That is when we took her. From day one, Becky has been nothing but a pleasure. Becky would be a great cat in almost any situation. Children, other pets or she could be a loving "one and only" kitty.
Becky is one-year-old, up to date on all shots, tested and spayed. All she needs now is a loving home that wants to share company with a very special and "purr-fect" little cat. If interested in beautiful Becky, please call us at (212) 427-8273

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Becky, a New York Ocicat cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ocicat for sale in New York, or seeking a Ocicat cat from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ocicat breeders who help with Ocicat rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
