Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Phoebe is an 11-lb bundle of happy! A smart, healthy 1-yr-old pup with long poodle legs and beautiful white teeth. She has a short little docked tail that will look like a cotton ball once her hair grows back. Phoebe is a bit underweight; I think her ideal weight should be around 15 lbs (we're working on it!). Everyone who meets her falls in love with her. The vet said she's one of the sweetest dogs we've ever had.
When Phoebe arrived at the shelter, poor baby was full of stickers and foxtails, and her hair was so tangled and matted she had to be shaved. So although she is not her usual fluffy self right now, I'm sure she feels so much better! And if you know anything about poodles, you know how soft and beautiful their hair is. Give her a few months and she will be stunning!
Phoebe is affectionate, lively, playful, and gives LOTS of kisses. Oh those kisses.... this little girl has been saving up her puppy kisses for a very long time because she sure has lots to give. She gets along with everyone, both human and canine, and she especially loves cats (she thinks she is a cat).
She loves to go for walks and explore everything (sometimes it seems like she's going in 10 directions at once), and she rides well in the car. She's also very content to curl up on your lap or lie next to you for a belly rub. Phoebe is a very sweet and loving little girl who is just starving for affection; she just wants to be with her human. Phoebe was obviously neglected by her previous owners and is looking for someone who will give her all the love she deserves -- and she promises to give you even more in return!
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, vet checked, current on vaccinations, microchipped, groomed, de-wormed, de-flea'd, and come with a collar, leash, ID tag, and puppy kisses from the lucky dog you take home!
