My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Baloo is an 8yo purebred Australian Shepherd male. He came from a puppy mill where he was a breeder male most of his life! But he's been neutered and is now living the good life indoors as a normal house dog. Baloo gets along excellently with kids! He's even good with other dogs and cats. He's got gorgeous ice blue eyes and a beautiful coat. Baloo's tail is docked and his whole butt wiggles when he's happy! He looks like a bear cub. Baloo is nearly housebroken and does well in a crate, though sometimes he will sing when he's crated. His foster dad has been putting him behind a baby gate instead and he does very well that way! He's a very calm, mellow dude who is low/medium energy. Baloo would make an excellent addition to just about any family situation! We initially thought he was completely deaf, but it appears that he does have some hearing. His vision is fine. Please visit www.NS4AR.org to fill out the adoption application!
