Kavick is a pure bred German Shepherd Dog, He is about 3 Years old.
He is a Red Sable, Which indicates he has German Working lines in his backround. He is a VERY nice dog, Friendly , alert, and exactly what a German Shepherd Dog should be.
He was hurt badly in a car accident, and spent a good 4 months in recovery, and thanks to the Vet & staff that cared for him so well - he is doing excellent.
He Is On Ester C daily , which will promote his legs to heal better, and lessen the effects of any arthritis in his older years. He will be required by contract to remain on Ester C his entire life.
This boy will be a perfect additon to your family, He is good with children and female dogs, he has shown no aggression to male dogs that we have seen , but I would prefer to place him only with a female dog or as an only dog, So he can get all the love and attention this boy deserves and craves.
We have not tested him with cats yet.
Kavick is showing all the signs of being a well adjusted , Intelligent , fine German Shepherd Dog. He is not showing any poor breeding behavioral problems at all.
He is calm, alert, attentive, and highly trainable.
* Due to his past Injury's, Kavick is being offered to a home as a companion ONLY, he could very well attain a CGC and therapy dog status, without any problems at all. However, due to his past injurys he will not be available for someone that wants a working dog ( sports, as Schutzhund, or agility etc.)
