Loving Senior Charmer!
"Seymour" This is Seymour Von Weiner. Seymour is a very loving little guy who is looking for a loving, dachshund friendly family. He has been with the same family since the age of 6 months. He was rescued from a pet store where he had lived in a small kennel since his early weeks. Seymour has many stories to tell including saving a small boys life. His family would like to keep minimum contact since this is a heartbreaking decision for them.

Seymour is 11 years old. DOB is March 18, 1995. He is friendly with everyone including cats, dogs and children of all ages. He has been living with several other dachshunds the past few years but is now needing a quieter home with less energy from other dogs. He has survived a couple attacks from other dogs and has the scars to show it. He loves to play ball, go for rides and walks. He's up to date on shots and has no health issues at this time other than a little arthritis in his hiney. He has had a lot of dental work due to age and has had several teeth pulled. He eats hard food just fine still. Basking in the sun and massages are great past times for him. His family would like to find a home for him where he can live out his retirement years peacefully.
