My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm Trick and I'm a very lovable Lhasa Apso. I'm a bit older, 10 years to be exact, but my foster mom says that's ok because some women like older men . I'm still very energetic and healthy and would make a great cuddle buddy. My foster mom rescued me from a kill shelter in South Carolina. My previous owners brought me in to have me killed just because I had an abscess tooth…can you believe that?? But, thankfully my foster mom found me and got me all better and now she is helping me find my perfect family. I know you will love me as much as she does when you meet me.

I’m being fostered in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area and my adoption fee is $125.

NOTE: Due to the volatile price of gas, getting multiple volunteers to help with long distance transporting is no longer feasible. We have listed the town and state where each dog is being fostered. Please consider how far you are willing to travel when filling out the application. The foster home will usually volunteer to help with transport for a reasonable distance.
