Hershey's Story...
This spunky little guy was found wandering (as hounds do) around a busy highway. He was picked up by a good Samaritan who looked for his owner and took him to the vet to be scanned for a microchip since he had no collar on. He also had no chip. So Hershey now needs a new home that is safe and a family that will prottect and care for him.

He is extremely affectionate and will clean your entire face with kisses if you let him. He is estimated to be 3 months old. He is an adorable little "hound dog."

If interested in this adorable little pup please contact Mutt Madd-ness - he will go fast!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hershey, a Marietta Beagle/Basset Hound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Basset Hound for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Beagle/Basset Hound puppy from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Basset Hound breeders who help with Beagle/Basset Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
